ABOUT US

Hampshire FA’s Foundation (formerly Hampshire FA Community Trust) was the first charity established and aligned to a county FA in England in 2005, with an emphasis on community participation. The Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation which aims to support the football community by investing in programmes and initiatives designed to support three key objectives:

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Celebrating inclusion and diversity for an equal, fair and accessible game where everyone can shine. The FA and County FA’s are here to ensure that everyone who is involved in football has a great experience – regardless of gender, sexuality, ethnicity, ability, disability, faith, or age. Both The FA and the County FA’s are working to ensure everyone has the opportunity to be part of the game. We will all work together on our inclusion priorities over the coming years. These are underpinned by three commitments:

By actively tackling discrimination on and off the pitch.

By building a diverse workforce from the inside out.

Inspire the Change
By promoting an inclusive and united game which is for all.

Community Coaching

We are committed to providing community coaching and ensuring that football is accessible to players with disabilities at various levels across the county. Join us in making a difference by supporting Hampshire FA Foundation.

Disability Football

The beautiful game has no boundaries. There has never been a better time to get involved and play football, whatever your ability level. There are now more opportunities than ever to play football if you have a disability.

Hampshire FA believe in flexible, inclusive and accessible playing opportunities for everyone, and are committed to delivering a range of opportunities for players with a disability to access football at various levels across the county. Disability football within Hampshire is continually evolving with lots of opportunities available to all who wish to be involved in the game. Hampshire FA’s aim is to retain existing provision and then develop opportunities in other areas of Hampshire to make disability football accessible to all.
